Abstract

In the article the scientific basis for targeted transformation as a mechanism to control the development of vocational education in market conditions. Correlation methodology, theory and science as a socially significant components of human activity on cognition and transformation of reality. It reveals trends of mutual VET management and changes in the education system. The analysis survey of executives on VET peer review trends of VET. Identified essential provisions that should be considered when planning reforms aimed.
