Abstract

The ways and strategies to optimize the becoming of person's role identity in order to develop his creativity are formulated: one for people with any level of creativity and separately for those who identified as gifted. The creative attitude to his own role identification, both positive and negative, must be the basis of optimizing the process of becoming of person's r role identity, especially the one who brings a high level of creativity.
