Abstract

The author argues that ecological knowledge serve as the theoretical basis of rational behavior in the nature of every citizen, and environmental education and training should be understood as a psychological and pedagogical process aimed at fostering knowledge of the scientific basis of nature, practical skills and active role in environmental management.
