Abstract

The problem offorming of professional readiness offuture teacher to realization of the personality oriented approach in the conditions of educational environment of institute of higher is examined. The leading tendency ofprocess of mastering by the future teacher of methods ofprofessional bitiya is grounded in a humanitarian paradigm - dependence of the effective mastering of the personality oriented pedagogical activity on professional and personality self-realization.
