Abstract

In the article the urgency of creating conditions to improve socio-professional high school level; formation of vital labor competencies that will navigate and operate in rapidly changing environment conditions; designing educational favorable process for acquiring social experience within regional environment. It aims to orient the system of general secondary education personal value orientation in the planning and implementation of social professionally directed educational process and specialized schools promoting the elimination of contradictions in general secondary education.
