Abstract

The textbook presents the results scientific research group of authors on "Psychological training of heads of educational organizations to work in conditions of changes "(state registration number 01112U000700, 2012-2014). Theoretical and methodological grounds and technology of psychological training of heads of educational organizations to work in conditions of changes are disclosed. The method of diagnosis of levels of psychological readiness of heads of educational organizations to work in conditions of changes as a result of their psychological training is presented. The textbook is devoted to the heads of educational organizations; teachers of postgraduate educational system; psychologists working in the educational system; scientists who study the psychological problems of improving the management and postgraduate pedagogical education; all those who are interested in self-knowledge and self-development.
