Abstract

The article deals with the question of education of adults in the period of transformation of society. A few trends are distinguished, one of which is differential, the other is integrative. The author of the article analyzes facilitative technologies in educations of adults, he also discusses contexts at which directive and indirective approaches are equivalent and complementary. The special accent is done on the research of terms under which the self-organisational education of adults becomes non-linear. In the article the ecofacilitation as an innovative modality is viewed in the contexts of not only psychological help but education of adults.
