Abstract

The article, based on a theoretical analysis of scientific sources, reveals the theoretical aspect of the concept «culture of interpersonal communication of senior students». Culture of interpersonal communication is determined to be a combination of specific means that govern the interaction between people and are directed to achieving positive communication. By means we understand kindness, empathy, respect for others, sense of humor, culture of speech. The maturity of interpersonal culture manifests itself in students’ attitudes towards people around them and in certain moral qualities, such as politeness, attentiveness, punctuality and responsibility, modesty, tact, sensitivity, delicacy. Culture of interpersonal communication depends on the spiritual development of the individual, his ability to organize communication activities in various forms set forth in the rules and norms of behavior culture of the developed society.
