Abstract

Modern requirements for implementation of educational ICT-based tools and systems and also the indicators of their development in the context of the information society formation are described: adaptability, full-scale interactivity, integration, accessibility. The promising ways to use information technological platform on the basis of cloud computing in education are defined.
