Abstract

Analysis of the condition of state and public management of school taking into account the results of expert evaluation of the education managers of different positions in vertical hierarchy is presented in this article. Multi-vector spectrum of well-reasoned answers and proposals of progressive changes of management form from state and public to public and state one is summarized, community having the leading role in the process of current problems solving and fi nding the ways of their solution under the conditions of democratic civil society formation in Ukraine.
