Abstract

In the monograph notes that aesthetic and ethical factors of artistic and aesthetic outlook teachers of higher educational institutions promote quality beauty pedagogical activities encourage continuous professional growth of both students and teachers of these institutions themselves and determine their awareness of themselves as not only for subject with students to teach some discipline and be able to check the quality of mastering them. Attention is drawn to the importance of aesthetic education and education not only in the study of humanities disciplines, but other subjects. Thus, teachers become students for master teachers who want to become teachers for their lives, leave bright and unforgettable mark on their souls and will show the path to personal fulfillment and professional growth in any life diyalnosti.Realizuvaty urgent task of aesthetic education in use technologies aesthetic education of students in modern conditions can a teacher who has appropriate training, to develop artistic and aesthetic outlook and is aesthetically and ethically competent person. This is particularly important is the active use of existing technologies and elaborated aesthetic education of students, based on the requirements, as this contributes to their interest in the art of emotional and aesthetic ability to respond to it, stimulate desire and provide the means of artistic and creative self.
