Abstract
This presentation explores the modern education paradigm, examining the key values of the contemporary educator and the transition to a competency-based approach. It encompasses new roles of educational practitioners, highlighting the challenges of goal classification and the implementation of SMART management principles. Additionally, strategic analytical tools such as PEST analysis are employed in the presentation to provide a comprehensive understanding of the educational environment. Through these discussions, participants will gain insight into navigating the complexities of modern pedagogy and creating effective learning environments.
