Abstract

The special course "Development of leadership competence of teaching staff in conditions of sustainable development" is a variable component of professional development of teaching and research-pedagogical staff. Mastering the special course lays the foundations for improving human resources management, professionalizing the activities of teaching and scientific-pedagogical workers, sustainable development of leadership, and promoting the improvement of the effectiveness of educational institutions as a whole. The purpose of the special course is to systematize, deepen and update theoretical knowledge about the principles, types, tools of leadership and team building; promoting the development and improvement of the leadership potential of pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical workers and substantiating the key tools for its implementation. The uniqueness of the program of the special course "Development of leadership competence of pedagogical workers in the conditions of sustainable development" is that based on the experience of improving the qualifications of pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical workers, studying the achievements of foreign and domestic researchers, the content was determined and an innovative model was tested and successfully implemented in the educational process development of leadership competence of teaching staff (School of Professional Education Leaders). The special course is designed for teaching for categories of students of advanced training courses: teaching staff and scientific and pedagogical staff of educational institutions for distance, face-to-face and correspondence forms of education. The study time budget is 15 hours, of which: lectures (4 hours), seminar class (6 hours), independent work (5 hours).
