Abstract

The publication analyzes Ukraine's innovation performance in the Global Innovation Index 2023. The Global Innovation Index is a leading guide to innovation and a recognized tool for measuring the effectiveness of the innovation ecosystem of countries that include the Global Innovation Index in their innovation programs. It is used by policymakers, business leaders and economists to benchmark and measure innovation progress over time. The Global Innovation Index demonstrates that innovation is a key driver of economic development and seeks to provide innovation rankings and in-depth analysis with reference to 132 economies around the world.
