Abstract

The article describes the experience of State aid control in the European Union. The concept of State aid, the legal bases for its regulation, procedures, and types of decisions of the European Commission on aid measures are presented. The issue of fulfillment of Ukraine's obligations to harmonize national legislation with EU legislation in the field of state aid has been raised.
