Abstract

Recommendations were prepared on the basis of discussion of key problems, active exchange of experience in the transformation of higher, vocational and adult education in the context of the requirements of the labor market, training of pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical workers, development of the professional culture of specialists, organization and methodical support of the educational process. The recommendations are intended for heads of educational institutions, pedagogics, scientific-pedagogical workers of professional pre-higher and higher education institutions.
