Abstract

The development of information and communication technologies leads to the modernization of the educational process. The combination of technical, informational, educational, and methodological support forms an educational environment in the virtual Internet space. The educational Internet environment is considered as a set of digital learning tools, online courses, electronic educational content, various digital resources, and services that provide access to information necessary for learning and prepare a person for life and professional activity in the digital age. Digitalization and internalization of education are becoming increasingly important because, in the conditions of war and the postwar reconstruction of Ukraine, the opportunities to organize educational activities considering the realities, needs, and interests of pupils and students are significantly limited. In the occupied territories of Ukraine, the Internet is the last source of communication with the world, the only way to access education. 86.3% of the surveyed respondents – participants in the educational process – noted that "the Internet during martial law is an important part of their lives, and distance learning during the war is the only possible form of education." The article presents an instrumental model of the educational Internet environment and identifies functions (informational, communicative, developmental, educational, reflective), tasks, resources, features, and signs (integration, accessibility, personification). Attention is focused on the fact that the World Information Network Internet has all the features of the humanitarian educational environment. The system of influences of the academic Internet environment should be aimed at actualizing the intellectual, moral, and communicative potential of the individual, ensuring access to education and its integration into society. It is concluded that in the conditions of war and post-war reconstruction of the country, the leading direction of the state policy in education should be to ensure the availability of the Internet to every participant in the educational process and the creation of a security system for educational cyberspace.
