Abstract

The paper is devoted to the issue of preventing psychological burnout in war conditions. The phenomenon of psychological burnout, factors of exhaustion, the concept of psychological resources (external and internal) are considered. The issue of mastering the state of psychological burnout is considered in the context of actualisation of internal, personal resources of an individual. It is emphasised that the orientation of a person to adhere to the highest, existential values and meanings is an effective strategy for preventing psychological burnout.
