Abstract

The article explores labor market trends. Based on the study and synthesis of scholarly views on the nature of changes in the labor market, the author identifies a common trend for successful performance – cooperation as a catalyst for increasing speed, efficiency, and technology implementation. Deepening the gap in qualification skills poses a threat to both workers and employers, as it reduces their competitiveness. Accordingly, it is proposed to address this issue through the implementation of each educational institution's own concept of integrating a competency-based approach to learning, taking into account global and domestic practices. The paper outlines the main measures to overcome the skills gap and further processes of transforming professional education in the post-war period.
