Abstract

The theses, based on comparative analysis, identify factors influencing the skills gap in the labor market in Ukraine – global technological changes and threats during the war, outline ways to address existing market disparities between labor supply and demand. To bridge the gap in qualification skills, it is necessary to improve the education and training system, actively engage stakeholders in developing strategies aimed at adapting workers to the new demands of the economy and ensuring sustainable societal development.
