Abstract

The article explores the importance of effective communication in the interaction between higher education institutions and businesses in the contemporary educational environment. The hypothesis regarding the role of building effective communication in the development of partnerships between higher education institutions and businesses as a modern educational trend is based on the analysis of theoretical concepts and practical activities of Bila Tserkva Institute of Continuous Professional Education. The article identifies communication as a key factor defining the success of partnerships and fostering innovative development on both sides. The research highlights the principles of effective communication, examines challenges that may arise during collaboration, and identifies the prospects of this approach within the context of current educational trends. The article aims to define the role of communication in shaping partnership relations and implementing innovations in higher education and business environments.
