Abstract

A pressing issue is the search and analysis of experience in setting up vocational education to bring the Ukrainian economy out of a catastrophic state. The experience of using vocational education to restore the Portuguese economy after the global financial and economic crisis has been studied. The focus on lifelong learning here is through a qualifications program that is part of the national economic reform program. The expansion of employment opportunities for Portuguese and foreigners in Portuguese educational institutions is carried out in compliance with European standards.
