Abstract

The article reveals the essence of youth entrepreneurship and the relationship of interpersonal relations in the activity of an entrepreneur. The leading role of psychological mechanisms in the process of forming a young person's readiness for professional activity is determined. The study of the issue of ensuring favorable conditions for self-realization and self-realization in professional activity/business has identified the need for counselling on youth entrepreneurship in vocational (vocational-technical) education institutions during the period of martial law and post-war economic recovery in Ukraine.
