Abstract

Socialization is presented as a process of self-regulation in response to the chal-lenges of varying degrees of complexity and uncertainty. A way to solve the problem of conceptualizing processes of socialization in today's globalized and informational world is proposed – take into account the systemic mechanisms of self-regulation and their interaction with the conscious (autonomous) self-regulation. The concept of the capacity of subjectness, which expands the traditional logic of consideration of social-ization as a movement for vector "past-future" for a multidirectional ("more or less" capacity of various subjects). The model of unity of conscious and systemic self-regulation, in which achievements of previous research in the field of self- regulation are complemented by psychological interpretation of kinds of systemic self-regulation, is proposed. Group-reflective approach to self-regulation is presented. Reflective systemic self-regulation is detailed for small and large groups as the group subjects in three com-ponents: 1) the task norm - description of subjective-objective responses that can be deployed in ways of different psychological effort applied to obtain the result; 2) in-dicators of diagnostics of reflective functions based on analysis of the elements of discourse and 3) reflection procedures that affect the subjects` self-organization. Four phases of self-regulation balancing in combination of its conscious and systemic components in the subjects` socialization is determined. Considered the regulatives of system level (prestige of occupations, mass application of NQF) and procedures (technologies) that provide enrichment of conscious self-regulation by systemic one, in particular the practice of representative reflection implementation. Entered concept of a representative reflection refers the process and procedure that allow one to estimate their own valuation of the phenomenon (the world of profes-sions and labor market) by comparison with a representative sample, which represents the general population - the country as a whole, certain age group, region and etc. Testing the use of a representative reflection based on the resource profpres-tige.org.ua gives grounds for a positive assessment of the prospects for the deploy-ment of such practices within the system of vocational work with youth. Designed instruments to stimulate the systemic self-regulation among the students are described. Described the test "Understanding the NQF" aimed at the students skills to distinguish a significant difference between the levels of qualifications Proposal to reduce the dimension of the complexity of the world in which sub-jects are socialized by the regulative effect of NQF was tested in the developed test "Understanding the NQF" and showed that its use promotes the students` learning of the NQF regulatives to comprehend the systemic self-regulation.
