Abstract

The electronic educational resource "Technology of creating educational simulations for the development of professional competence of a vocational education teacher in the context of the latest challenges" presents the author's interactive educational platform using digital online tools and modern educational content, which provides interactive opportunities for training a specialist competitive in the international and domestic labor market under martial law, prepares for work in modern production, and makes learning more interesting and exciting. The educational material presented through educational simulators becomes more accessible, allows you to receive information and explanations at any convenient time, and contributes to more effective knowledge acquisition and development of skills necessary for studying and working in production. The e-learning resource contains examples of key aspects to be considered when creating educational simulations, including digital pedagogy, systemology, visual accessibility, human-centeredness, and examples of interactive and practical spaces. Teachers of vocational education institutions who familiarize themselves with the materials of the electronic educational resource will have the technology to create their own educational simulations, will be able to more fully reveal the professional-theoretical and professional-practical components of educational and professional training programs for a profession, a particular discipline, etc. The purpose of the electronic educational resource is to develop the professional competencies of VET teachers in the context of the latest social and educational challenges, promotes an interactive and individualized approach to the educational process, develops the professional competencies of students and prepares them for the challenges of the information society, stimulates creativity in solving production problems. The electronic educational resource is developed in accordance with the complex theme of the research work of the BINPO "Labor Market Trendwatching in the System of Training and Professional Development of Specialists in the Conditions of Post-War Reconstruction of Ukraine" (0122U202007, 2022-2025).
