Abstract

The article is devoted to researching the prospects of using digital technologies in project management in the process of informal education of IT company specialists. The article determined the relevance of the use of digital technologies in project management for specialists of IT companies in the field of non-formal education, which is their ability to ensure effective management, adaptability to changes, improved communication and data analysis. The use of these technologies is becoming a key success factor in today's competitive IT environment, where speed, efficiency and innovation play a crucial role. Considered: types of IT projects (small projects, mega-projects, complex projects, short-term projects, defect-free projects, international projects); features of project management (setting project goals, determining project resources, determining project life cycle phases, determining project risks and ways to resolve them, determining potential complex project phases and ways to simplify them, establishing communication during project implementation with all its participants, meeting needs and expectations of stakeholders (internal and external); promising directions for the use of digital technologies in project management in the process of informal education of IT company specialists, in particular: the use of project management tools, the integration of artificial intelligence technologies, the use of cloud technologies, virtualization and remote work, training and development. In IT project management, it is necessary to create effective and pragmatic work processes, including the development and maintenance of quality software that can be used in any project. In the IT field, there are high demands on software quality: reliability, stability, modularity, security, performance, scalability, usability, testing and support, among others. In addition, the project should include proper documentation, such as changelogs, detailed agreements and standards, versioning, automated tests, etc.
