Abstract

Theses highlight the personal and professional development of scientific and pedagogical workers of higher education institutions in situations of uncertainty. It is noted that in conditions of uncertainty, professional development is a priority task for teachers, and their educational needs are characterized by a high level of affinity of motives, forms and content of personal and professional development. It is emphasized that in difficult conditions of uncertainty, the desire for professional development of scientific and pedagogical workers of higher educational institutions is characterized by a tolerant attitude to novelty, variability and complexity of situations, readiness to accept new conditions of activity and interaction, search for alternative solutions, adaptability.
