Abstract

The hostilities in Ukraine not only led to mental disorders of the Ukrainian population, but directly affected the epidemiological indicators of morbidity and mortality from cardiovascular diseases. The issue of access to high-quality and safe medicines is becoming urgent in the context of preserving the health of the country's population and pharmaceutical provision of health care institutions with high-quality, safe and affordable medicines and medical products. Regulation of the pharmaceutical supply of health care facilities with drugs used for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases requires sound socio-economic measures based on the assessment of medical technologies in order to further improve the methodological basis of the pharmaceutical supply of the population of Ukraine with high-quality and affordable medicines.
