Abstract

The development of professional competence is a necessarily condition and a component of the professionalization of scientific and pedagogical workers. They can improve their professional competence as part of corporate education. Currently, most institutions of higher education have their own structural divisions that are engaged in improving the qualifications of their employees. The author analyzes programs for improving the qualifications of art disciplines teachers on the example of Ukrainian institutions of higher education.
