Abstract

The scientific research results of the Laboratory of Electronic Learning Resources of the Institute of Vocational Education of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine are presented. The methodical foundations of the use of digital technologies in the training of future skilled workers are substantiated (the purpose of using digital technologies is determined taking into account their availability and prevalence in the market of educational services, as well as the personal needs and capabilities of applicants for vocational education; the selection and application of digital technologies is based on a set of methodological approaches (systemic, informational, technological, competence, personality-oriented), didactic (scientific, systematic, connection of learning with life, individualization, activity, visibility) and specific principles (informatization of education, open education, multimedia, activation of creative activity by means of digital technologies, integrity, protection of personal data, complementarity of real and virtual components of universal education); considering the sectoral specifics of professional training and types of educational and cognitive activities of vocational (vocational and technical) education students; sectoral differentiation of digital technologies is based on the availability of special software; effective use of digital technologies is made possible by the availability of hardware and software with established communication between participants in the educational process; the effectiveness of the digital technologies is ensured by the use of didactic complexes, methodological tools, effective management and training of teachers). The following methodics have been developed: conducting training sessions based on the use of online video conferencing; creating electronic applications (portfolios) of the learning achievements of vocational (vocational and technical) education students; creating and using infographics for educational purposes; creating and using educational video fragments in theoretical and industrial training classes. The concept of "competence of a vocational (vocational and technical) education institution teacher in the use of digital technologies in the training of future skilled workers" has been improved, which consists in the consideration of the specific features of integrative education related to technical, technological, psychological and activity features of the phenomenon in the definition, as well as in specifying the methods of activity that holistically reflect the person's readiness to use technologies and methods of digital learning in the information and educational environment of a vocational (vocational and technical) education institution, in accordance with the requirements of digitalisation of education and taking into account the industry specifics of professional training of future skilled workers. The regulations on improving the classification of digital technologies used in the professional training of future skilled workers under martial law were further developed.
