Abstract

The article addresses the issue of developing students’ communicative leadership skills in the educational environment of extracurricular institutions and their impact on shaping students’ life success. An analysis of the level of communicative leadership is conducted to study the formation of skills for life success. The author analyzes the concept of "communicative leadership" and outlines its main aspects. The article analyzes the level of development of communicative leadership in extracurricular institutions in Kyiv and outlines the potential of extracurricular education for developing these skills through various activities and projects.
