Abstract

General scientific methods should be used to solve the tasks set in the work: theoretical (analysis of psychological and pedagogical theories and concepts on the research problem, comparison of domestic and foreign approaches to the organization of personnel training using artificial intelligence systems and services, systematization and generalization of theoretical and experimental data ); empirical (experimental study of the use of open educational environments in the process of professional development of pedagogical personnel, pedagogical observation of educational activities using artificial intelligence systems and services. In order to ensure the reliability of research methods and the interpretation of their results, the use of questionnaire methods, expert evaluation, pedagogical experiments and processing obtained data using methods of mathematical statistics.
