Abstract
The methodical recommendations consider the content of the concepts of resiliency and professional hardiness, present general approaches to their study, provide a toolkit tested in war conditions for the diagnosis of these integral properties that are extremely important for preserving health and effective human life in stressful conditions. Methodical recommendations can be used in the work of scientists, practical psychologists, specialists in the field of social work, education and health care, graduate students and students.
