Abstract

The relevance of the e-learning course is determined by several factors, namely: - War conditions create increased levels of stress and the need for adaptation. The course can help to understand the psychological mechanisms of stress, as well as facilitate effective adaptation to changes in the military environment. - Being in a war can have a significant impact on mental health. Understanding and studying the individual's mental state allows us to develop strategies for maintaining and restoring mental health. - One of the key components of successful work in wartime is stress resistance. The course can provide tools and practical exercises to develop this important quality. The purpose of the course is an in-depth study of the psychological aspects of the formation of personal inspiration in the process of professional activity in the conditions of war in Ukraine. The emphasis is on the development of stress resistance, adaptation and psychological resilience. The e-course is designed for pedagogical staff of vocational (vocational-technical) education institutions in the field of knowledge 01 "Education" at all stages of advanced training courses in various models of education (full-time, part-time, full-time-distance, distance). The e-course is designed for 8 hours, of which 2 hours are lectures and 4 hours are seminars.
