Abstract

The relevance of the special course is determined by high requirements for the moral and business qualities of teaching staff of ZP(PT)O, including the absence of signs of professional or emotional burnout. The purpose of the course is to update, deepen and systematize knowledge, develop and improve skills related to diagnosis, prevention and prevention of professional and emotional burnout of pedagogical workers. The electronic course was developed for pedagogical workers of professional (vocational and technical) education institutions of the field of knowledge 01 "Education" at all stages of professional development courses according to various learning models (full-time, part-time, full-time distance, distance). The electronic course is designed for 4 hours, of which 2 hours - lecture, 4 hours - special course.
