Abstract

The relevance of the course is to develop the necessary skills and knowledge to work effectively under martial law, allowing to adapt to the continuing professional development of teachers in difficult situations. The purpose of the course is to form the readiness and adaptation of teachers for continuing professional development under martial law; strategies and challenges of adult continuing education under martial law, as well as the development of digital education to ensure lifelong learning are considered. The e-course is designed for pedagogical staff of vocational (vocational-technical) education institutions in the field of knowledge 01 "Education" at all stages of advanced training courses in various learning models (full-time, part-time, full-time-distance, distance). The e-course is designed for 4 hours, of which 2 hours are lectures and 2 hours are seminars.
