Abstract

The relevance of the course lies in the formation of teachers' knowledge about the essence and psychological features of education, specific features laws, principles, methods, formation of the ability to organize the learning process in professional education institutions, realizing the main functions of a pedagogical worker. An important aspect is the development of the teacher's skills in working with different age groups, including adult learners, to ensure effective educational support. This emphasizes the need for the training of pedagogical specialists in the field of andragogy and the formation of competitiveness in the market of educational services. The purpose of the course is to form the readiness and adaptation of pedagogical workers for continuous professional development in the conditions of martial law, the formation, updating, deepening and systematization of knowledge, the development and improvement of the skills of pedagogical workers in planning, organization and implementation of the educational process in vocational education institutions based on competence-based, integrated and technological approaches. The electronic course was developed for pedagogical workers of professional (vocational and technical) education institutions of the field of knowledge 01 "Education" at all stages of professional development courses according to various learning models (full-time, part-time, full-time distance, distance). The electronic course is designed for 4 hours, of which 2 hours - lecture, 2 hours - seminar classes.
