Abstract

The relevance of the electronic training course is determined an indispensable sign of successful educational activity of education seekers, purposeful adjustment of their mental states, behavior, contributes to the prevention of their internal tension, ensuring mental stability in various situations of educational and professional activity and aimed at achieving the set professional tasks. The purpose of the course is to update and deepen the theoretical foundations study of mental self-regulation as a factor of successful educational activity education seekers. The course is designed for teaching staff of professional institutions(vocational and technical) education in the field of knowledge 01 "Education" at all stages of the courses advanced training according to different models of education (full-time, part-time, face-to-face, remote). The course is designed for 6 hours, of which 2 hours Internet lecture, 4 hours. – seminar classes.
