Abstract
Scientific and practical studios“Methodology and Practice of Professional Growth of Education Manager” (more - SPS «Methodology and Practice of Professional Growth of Education Manager») as a series of webinars is the result of the introduction since 2020 of such a form of professional upgrading of the managerial, scientific and pedagogical staff of education institutions at all levels, in particular pre-school, general, non-formal, vocational, higher, postgraduate, adult education, Education Management behind the idea Z. Ryabova, N. Lyubchenko, under the guidance of T. Sorocan, Director of CIPO of the SHEI “University of Education Management”, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor. Such work is carried out within the framework of the research topic of the Central Institute of Postgraduate Education (CIPO) of the SHEI “University of Education Management” “Transformation of Professional Growth of pedagogical and scientific pedagogical workers in the conditions of open university of postgraduate education» (registration number UkrINTEI 0120U104630, register date 30.10.2020). The SPS can be described as an education resource for supporting and developing scientific research, managing education in the form of cluster interaction of participants in the education process in the context of formal and non-formal education. Scientific and practical studios are a professional platform, creative workshop of Professional Growth of managers of the education industry which is held two - four times a year during international and all-Ukrainian education exhibitions, scientific and communicative measures and integrates the results of scientific, methodical and experimental activities of scientific and pedagogical stuff of the department and managerial, scientific-pedagogical and pedagogical workers of pre-school, general, extracurricular institutions, vocational education, higher education, education administration from all over the country. Scientific and methodical and organizational support of the SPS activity is provided by the Department of Management of Education and Law of the SHEI “University of Education Management” and the Department of Education Management of the Ukrainian Open University of Postgraduate Education (UOUPE) (by Z. Ryabova and N. Lyubchenko). Partners of the department in conducting scientific and practical studios of scientific institutions of NAES of Ukraine, MES of Ukraine, State Quality Service of Ukraine and its regional offices, SU «Ukrainian Institute of Education Development», DNU «Institute of Education Content Modernization» local education authorities, regional postgraduate teacher training institutions, centres for the Professional Growth of teaching staff, education institutions. On the basis of agreements and memorandums of cooperation, specialists from the education authorities professionals of the Centres for the Professional Growth of Pedagogical Staff, education institutions of the Voznesensk and Southern Ukrainian communities of Mykolaiv oblast, Drogobych community of the Lviv region participate actively in the work of such a project. The results of cooperation of the department and the country’s education stuff are presented at the conducted studios within the framework of international, all-Ukrainian scientific and practical activities. The activity is reflected in the plans of work of the SHEI “University of Education Management”, programs of exhibitions, news, video materials of the SHEI “University of Education Management”, NAES of Ukraine, Youtube resources, etc. In 2023 the certificate of Ukrainian National Office for Intellectual Property and Innovations (IP Office) about registration of copyright on 116227 was received from January 30, 2023. The results of the activity in the form of webinars are not having printed analogues education resource for support and development of scientific research, Education management, as well as a training tool for advanced training courses for students of the Central Institute of Postgraduate Education of the SHEI “University of Education Management” and UOUPE in modern conditions of introduction of full-time and distance, mixed forms of education.
