Abstract

The teaching and methodical guide was developed to help teachers employees of professional (vocational and technical) education institutions in the context specifics of the organization of their professional activities in the conditions of industry reform. The manual highlights the specifics of diagnosis, prevention, and correction professional and emotional burnout of teaching staff of institutions professional (vocational and technical) education. Psychological ones are given in the appendices tests that allow diagnosing the level of professional and emotional burnout, practical advice on the prevention of these negative phenomena, test questions to determine the level of knowledge on the topic, glossary, etc. Training manual "Professional and emotional prevention burnout of teaching staff of vocational (vocational) education institutions" is included in the structure of the complex methodical provision of selective special course "Prevention of professional and emotional burnout in the educational environment" according to the variable component of educational module 2 "Pedagogical management and professional psychology activity" at advanced training courses at the Belotserk Institute continuous professional education. The materials of the publication will be useful to pedagogical workers of ZP(PT)O and everyone who is interested in issues of diagnosis, prevention and correction professional and emotional burnout of pedagogical workers in ZP(PT)O.
