Abstract

The labor market requires psychologists who have developed professional competences, which can be developed in the process of obtaining a higher education in the specialty "Psychology" at the educational qualification levels "bachelor" or "master". Entrants who previously obtained other specialties at the educational qualification levels of "bachelor", "specialist" or "master" find it quite difficult to independently master the basic psychological disciplines that bachelors study for four years at a high level. Given that masters of psychology can work not only as practical psychologists, but also as teachers of psychology, as well as conduct scientific research, including during the period of postgraduate studies, after enrolling in the master's program, they will master other educational disciplines related to teaching psychology in institutions of higher education, as well as with the methodology of scientific psychological research.
