Abstract

An important indicator of achieving a certain level of human communities development are cultural assets that accumulate axiological projections experience and outlook of different generations. There is Ukrainian embroidery in this regard as an example of mapping important ontological determinants using iconic symbols, which are characterized by multi-layeredness, thanks to which they can to form different dimensions of perception of coded information. Symbols play an important role in Ukrainian embroidery as a means of displaying and transmission of certain meanings that reflect important components worldview structure.
