Abstract

The relevance of the article is determined by the fact that institutions of professional (vocational and technical) education that prepare highly qualified workers need to cooperate with employers. The article highlights the concept of professional and practical training and normative documents according to which a qualified worker is trained in the profession of a postal operator. Emphasis is placed on industrial practice and the fact that students should study on modern equipment.
