Abstract

The aim of this research was to outline strategies for preserving the health of skilled professionals, primarily comprising students in vocational and technical education institutions. Prevention is the only obstacle to the deterioration of health, and the most realistic approach involves preventing negative influences by either removing (regulating) risk factors from an individual's environment or enhancing the body's resistance to their effects. Therefore, to ensure the effectiveness of shaping a healthy society, both physically and mentally, it is crucial to consider all components that contribute to well-being. One essential condition is the elevation of education. Addressing the health preservation of youth within the vocational and technical education system requires engaging pedagogical teams by incorporating health preservation and health formation into all aspects of their activities.
