Abstract

The topicality of the topic is due to the fact that Ukraine is currently experiencing an extremely difficult military-political situation, which significantly affects the functioning of all educational institutions without exception, in particular, institutions of higher military education. The COVID pandemic and a full-scale war in the country became an extraordinary challenge for institutions of higher military education and caused problems in providing training and training of personnel for the national security and defense of the country. In the conditions of war, education is a strategically important component of training qualified military personnel, and therefore the problem of educational losses and gaps in institutions of higher military education is extremely urgent and requires research into the causes and finding ways to overcome them.
