Abstract

The importance of education in the conditions of rapid technological development and changes in the labor market is considered. It is noted that the key qualities of a successful employee are continuous learning, self-development and readiness for change. The author emphasizes the importance of using interactive platforms for adult learning. They provide an opportunity to learn at your own pace, adapt to changes in the labor market and promote the development of key skills. At the same time, the role of interactive online courses, virtual laboratories and consultations with experts in preparing adults for new challenges in the labor market is highlighted.
