Abstract

The collective monograph reveals the modern theory of the development of professional competence of teaching staff of vocational colleges in the conditions of the pandemic, war and post-war times. The challenges and trends in the development of vocational pre-university education in the conditions of the pandemic, war and post-war times were analyzed, and the peculiarities of the development of the professional competence of teaching staff of vocational colleges in modern educational practice were identified. Methodological approaches are substantiated, basic principles, pedagogical conditions for the development of professional competence of pedagogical workers are defined professional colleges. The concept and methodical system are presented, the technological aspects of the development of professional competence of pedagogical workers of vocational colleges are highlighted. The publication is addressed to scientists, developers of state policy in the field of education, teaching staff of institutions of professional preliminary higher education, specialists of the post-graduate teaching education system, managers and employers for: conducting classes on advanced training courses, and retraining of teaching staff.
