Abstract

The Ukrainian present topical issue is the approximation of scientific achievements provided by educators to their practical implementation in the economy real sector. On an international experience basis, the factors for the PPP's effective introduction in Ukraine in the VET field have been determined. The legislative problems have been specified, and the need for finalization and adaptation to the conditions of the Ukraine post-war reconstruction of financing mechanisms in the VET field has been substantiated. The feasibility of applying foreign experience in risk management, communication skills, and agreement monitoring mechanisms for effective social dialogue has been proven.
