Abstract

The e-learning course offers an in-depth analysis of the main aspects of vocational education in accordance with the requirements of EN ISO standards. Each of the three topics thoroughly examines key aspects aimed at training future competitive workers, international certification of personnel and development of technological capability of production. Topic 1: Preparing the future competitive skilled worker according to EN ISO standards This topic examines the importance and significance of EN ISO standards for the training of skilled workers. Participants will gain an understanding of the basic principles and purpose of these standards, learn the EN ISO requirements for worker qualifications and learn how to implement these requirements in training programs. The course covers the creation of effective training systems and the use of practical exercises and simulations to keep employees competitive. Topic 2: International staff certification This topic provides an overview of international certification standards and their role in professional development. The course compares different certification standards, examines the stages of certification, requirements for candidates, and the impact of international certification on career development. Students also explore the role of self-assessment and external audits in the process of obtaining an international certification. Topic 3: Development of technological capability of production Reviewing current technological trends, this topic analyzes the impact of technology on production. Students learn strategies for implementing new technologies, plan and assess risks, and learn how to adapt staff to new technologies. The course also provides tools for measuring and analyzing the results of technology implementation, as well as adjusting strategies based on the feedback and corrections collected. This course is intended for personnel involved in on-the-job training for distance, on-site and part-time learning who wish to update their knowledge and skills in accordance with the requirements of EN ISO standards and prepare a competitive skilled worker.
