Abstract
In recent years, the issue of strategic planning has increasingly attracted the attention of both theorists and management practitioners. Managers note that today it is difficult to work productively if there is no planning, and it is difficult to keep the results up to date, and it is difficult to choose the right indicators to measure performance in order to understand how well the company's strategy is being implemented. It should be noted that planning and time management are inextricably linked. Therefore, time management skills should be applied in planning to ensure rational and effective management of time, processes, and resources.
